All I can say is this book is mind blowing! Bodian Dynamics has a secret and when Claire stumbles upon a conversation not meant for her ears, a whirl wind of danger and mystery begins. This book keeps you guessing right up to the end! I have chills! The first time I read the book I read three quarters the way through and without knowing, I started all over again. I thought I knew who this masterful Jekyll and Hyde character was, but I was dead wrong! One of my new favorites and I will be rereading again and again!

Great world building and character development. I found myself totally immersed in that world. And as usual, nobody listens to me trying to help them with suggestions.
As far as teenage drama goes this book is really good. Although this is not my type of book, I was still drawn into the story. It's going to be interesting to see how the story plays out.
The last few weeks, I have been on a reading marathon and have read plenty of good and bad books (Thanks to my lovely wife). This book by far has been one of my favorites although this book was more tailored for the younger audience. I enjoyed the plot and the cast of characters (although they were teen).

The story involves around Claire who has a abusive past at the hands of her father and her friends who all go through the struggle of high school life but with an added bonus of a predator who is lurking around town causing mayhem. Nobody knew who the perpetrator was until the end of the book. Also, the characters of the book decide to go up against a huge and powerful scientific research company who is also at the forefront of the mayhem that's being caused around town.

I found myself digging deeper and deeper into the book. Usually, anything teen or younger I just discard but the author kept me engaged. Highly recommended book and I cannot wait until the second book comes out.

The teenage literary love triangle usually bores me, but McClellan added a very unique twist. Not only does the heroine of Unleashed have two boys interested in her affections...one of them has a dark side that wants to do her harm. The reader is left guessing --- who is just a nice, high-school boy...and who is the evil Jekyll and Hyde?

Unleashed's world-building has a comic-book feel, with the Hyde nature of the villain resulting from imbibing a lab's proprietary formula, and the story itself is more of a thriller than a run-of-the-mill, young adult romance. If you enjoy super-hero stories, especially ones with a dark, twisty nature, you'll love this book. Highly recommended!
Unleashed is an original, edge-of-your-seat take on Jekyll and Hyde. McClellan weaves a tale of love and pain, and fighting for what you believe in, with characters you won't easily forget. Claire has had more than her share of pain and loss, only to find herself the obsession of “Gage” (the “Hyde” persona). I had no idea who "Gage" was until it was revealed due to McClellan's skillful storytelling. Seriously, this is a tale that will leave you breathless until the last page! And probably beyond. I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes a good story.
I loved this YA take on Jekyll and Hyde. It was a dark, moody, and suspenseful ride from beginning to end. As usual, Rachel McClellan's writing style keeps me on the edge of my seat and reading late into the night when I was supposed to be sleeping.

This story lets you see the darker nature that resides in us all and asks the question of what would happen if that nature was enhanced scientifically. The story is told from two different points of view and those characters were rich in their flaws. I especially loved how the book kept me guessing on who had been Unleashed.

This is a fast paced story that will send chills down your spine and may make you sleep with a light on.
